& Realty Group is a full service real estate team servicing all of Halifax Regional Municipality. The team is made up of 5 REALTORS®, Andrew Stephens, Chantele Joordens, Sterling Stephens, Penny Stephens and our Client Care Coordinator, Kelly Brown. Combined we have over 47 years of experience and 806 transactions and counting.
Andrew has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2014, but has been around the business his whole life. Andrew prides himself on building his business based on relationships, not transactions. Over 90% of his business comes from repeat and referral business which is a strong testament to the level of service he provides. His specialties include working with sellers, investors/developers and first time home buyers.
In his spare time, you can find Andrew renovating properties, coaching volleyball or on the golf course. He also previously served as a Regional Director on the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
Sterling is originally from Lockeport, Nova Scotia. There are only a few options when it comes to career employment.; you can choose the local fish plant or you can choose going to sea to catch the fish. His first choice was the later and at the age of 13, Sterling found himself with summer employment on inshore fishing . By his late teens he graduated to the offshore boats, which included sword fishing and long lining. Those early years taught him the value of hard work and team work. This has served Sterling well throughout his life.
Since getting involved in the real estate industry in 1993 he had an opportunity to assist many people with the purchase and sale of their homes. It’s been a rewarding career for Sterling and he has met a lot of wonderful people along the way. Now he is on a new adventure with Team Stephens and he is looking forward to the next chapter working alongside Andrew, as they bring experience and the latest technology available to assist many more individuals for all of their real estate needs.
In his spare time, you can find Sterling singing in local churches, golfing and spending time with his family.
Originally from Fredericton, NB, Chantele has been involved in Real Estate for 10+ years. She is an avid real estate investor and owns 36+ rental units (and counting!) across 4 major Canadian cities. She prides herself in her relationships with her clients and her strong work ethic. She loves to crunch numbers and will work her hardest to find the perfect property for you - whether that's a multi-unit rental property, a cute cottage to Airbnb, or your very first home for you and your family to enjoy.
In her spare time, you'll find Chantele hiking in the woods with her golden retriever and family, exploring all the wonderful spots Nova Scotia has to offer.

Penny grew up in a large family and it taught her the true value of relationships and family. Her very fondest memories as a child are sitting around their large kitchen table during family meals, talking and sharing. Family is the very core and essence of the home and as a real estate agent, Penny loves the fact that she gets to help people find their special place and sanctuary. Penny’s job as a real estate professional is to help facilitate a stress-free and smooth transaction, whether you are buying or selling a home. Penny has a strong background in customer service and the airline industry. Her passion for culture and travel transitions into her real estate life as she loves meeting new people.
In her spare time, you can find Penny spending time with friends and family or at the beach! We have so many beautiful beaches in NS and she loves exploring them.
Kelly is our Client Care Coordinator. She has 10+ years of administration and operations management experience. She is also a licensed REALTOR®.
In her spare time, you can find Kelly doing sporting activities with her family and assisting her husband with his business, BATLX and doing everything football!
